The sun peaked in and out throughout this shoot and I couldn’t help but think of this song. “Feels like sun on my skin, so this is love, I know it is”. This engagement shoot ‘felt like sun on your skin’ and the love between these two was sweet and undeniable. Levi and Laura have that easy-going, comfortable, I’ve-known-you forever kind of love and the best-friend kind of connection that every relationship needs. They’re that perfect balance of laid-back and fun and I am so grateful to be a part of capturing their story.
Levi and Laura chose Legacy Lookout at Rothwell Park as one of their locations because of its special role in their lives. This lookout was built in honor of several Christian leaders from the community and visiting it serves as a reminder and encouragement to follow in their footsteps. For the average visitor, it may seem like just a lookout deck, but for those who know and learn of its significance in the community, it is so much more. I just can’t get over how sweet it is that Levi and Laura chose this lookout for their engagement shoot as they look into their future together with this encouragement in mind.
