Before your session
After every inquiry (you can find the form to contact me here), my heart does a little leap of excitement! I LOVE making new friends, so even if we've never met before, that's totally fine--I would love to get to know you!
We'll chat about what your dream session looks like and I'll give you advice on outfits, props, and locations! I love hearing about your interests and what is important to include in your session. My goal is to make the planning process as stress-free as possible, so you can show up to your session with confidence.
During your session
I like photoshoots to be super fun and comfortable for everyone! I use natural posing and prompts to create authentic moments. No fake smiles over here! And don't worry about being awkward in front of the camera--I'm your personal hype woman! I guarantee you'll hear my camera clicking a lot, and I may burst into song occasionally when we get "the shot."
We'll take a variety of traditional portraits (smiling at the camera) and candids (where you're in your own little world). Both help tell your story!
After your session
Once the session is done, you can eagerly anticipate your sneak peeks--usually they come just a few days after the session! I like to edit photos in a way that enhances the natural beauty of the environment we were in, without disrupting from the focal point of the image--you! I do minor touchups to blemishes, if needed. Everything will look very true-to-life and timeless.
After editing the photos, I upload the best ones to an online gallery, where you can browse, download, or order your favorite images. It's very easy to use, and I'm always willing to answer any questions you might have. Your images will be ready about 3 weeks after your session (wedding galleries are ready after 3-6 weeks, due to the higher number of images) and I will contact you with the link to your gallery!
