It was the perfect day for a summer wedding...
All sun, all smiles, and plenty of friends and family to celebrate! Claire and Cameron are middle school sweethearts who said yes to forever on May 23rd. Being there to photograph the start of their marriage got me in my feels for several reasons:
1) We all went to high school together! Cameron was in my graduating class and I always loved seeing Claire in the hallways or at school gatherings. They make a great pair and it's so inspiring to see a couple mature together over the years.
2) Their wedding day is the day before my anniversary, so I was already in the mood to reflect on marriage. It's such a blessing to be with your best friend every day and do life together! I am so happy that Claire and Cameron get to experience that, too! (Seriously, marriage is the best!)
There were lots of memorable moments throughout the day, like watching Claire's bridesmaids pray over her before ceremony, an adorable flower girl who loved to pose for the camera, and making a Tiktok to show the ladies' transformation. There were lots of laughs, a couple happy tears, and plenty of smiles and hugs to go around.
